Jean Monro - Radclyffe Street

Jean Monro - Radclyffe Street

Remnant - Vintage

Snob Value

Wow if you want snob value, read the book about Jean Monro's mother - Geraldine Monro.  Geraldine started her Interior Design business in the 1920's, only decorating for the English elite and their corgis. It was in 1981 that Jean started her own fabric range. Let's just say that the Jean Monro fabric brand is as British as Royal Ascot. Jean Monro is one of the few companies using very traditional methods of editing hand-block designs, a process that requires several years of apprenticeship.

Why we like it

I have never walked past a Jean Monro and not wanted to buy it. Who doesn't want a chintz festival in their life?

Boring Information
